She combines academic qualifications in HR and occupational psychology tools with a practical business focus. She has held in- house roles in both the public and private sector as well as various consulting roles. She has extensive experience of working at senior levels in talent management, leadership development, assessment and coaching across Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Public Sector organisations.

Lenneke’s focus is on social and organizational innovation and development. She has led many strategic change processes, learning programmes and complex collaboration challenges including mergers. Lenneke designs and facilitates processes in which actors from all parts of the system work and learn together. She’s involved in several national and international programmes and networks, which support the development of leadership and innovation. Recent clients include Vodafone Ziggo and the University Hospital of Amsterdam. Lenneke has a Masters Degree in Business Science.

Sam is experienced at creating and delivering leadership and coaching initiatives within high performance sport, business and the public sector. He is Managing Director of Unforgiving Minute, a Non-Executive Director of British Wheelchair Basketball and Chair of the Performance Committee. Prior to this Sam worked for UK Sport as Leadership & Coaching Manager responsible for designing and implanting a range of people development initiatives for Elite Coaches, Performance Directors and CEOs. He is an Executive Coach and group facilitator that for the past 7 years has partnered with clients including Bromford Housing Association, Godolphin, Shell, Topman, Sport Wales, Selfridges, Trafford Housing Trust, Scope, Vanquis, the FA and UK Sport.
